BEHEMOTH Recruit Orion; New Music On the Horizon

Poland’s BEHEMOTH have recruited new session bass player in Orion who is replacing the recently departed Novy, who as recently reported has joined VADER as a permanent member. Novy served as BEHEMOTH‘s session bassist for the past three years, but according to BEHEMOTH mainman, Nergal, “he simply got a better offer from countrymates VADER. In BEHEMOTH he was just a session one so I perfectly understand his decision.”

Meanwhile, BEHEMOTH aren’t laying idle as they are already hard at work on new songs for their next full-length album tentatively titled Nephilim Rising. But by summer’s end, a strictly limited-edition MCD entitled Conjuration, containing new songs and previously unreleased material, will likely see the light of day.

Lastly, here are summer summer festivals BEHEMOTH will be performing at:

Jul. 12 – Tuska Festival ??” Helsinki, FIN
Jul. 18 – Nuclear Storm Festival – CZR
Aug. 09 ??” Party.San Open Air – Bad Berka, GER
