California-based Dustin Pearl has been recruited by GRIMFIST drum for the band, at least on a temporary basis. Guitarist Ole Walaunet commented that Pearl is “an awesome drummer and a great fuckin guy. If everything works out well, he’ll become the permanent skinsman for GRIMFIST. We are extremely excited and can’t wait to start bashing our heads together!”
AETERNUS’s Ares will be joining the band as a session bassist for the band’s debut gig at London’s Inferno Festival on Thursday, January 27th. The show includes fellow Norwegians ARCTURUS, ENSLAVED, RED HARVEST, and MADDER MORTEM.
