Thanks to bus problems, CHIMAIRA will miss tonight’s stop of the Jägermeister Music Tour (with FEAR FACTORY and SLIPKNOT) in Kansas City, Missouri. The band was traveling from Truesdale, Missouri, to the venue when its bus quit bussing. While a replacement bus soon arrived, it too broke down not long after. CHIMAIRA plan to arrive in time for Tuesday’s show in West Des Moines, Iowa assuming no further buses crap out.

The band had a similar misfortune last year after a surviving a bus accident on the road. Vocalist Mark Hunter commented, “It’s the same shit, different tour. I don’t think we can ever do a tour without some type of catastrophe.”
