Ex-DYING FETUS Drummer to Collaborate With DIRT NAP

March 16, 2003

Former DYING FETUS/MISERY INDEX drummer, Kevin Talley, has been tapped by Atlanta-based, techo death metallers, DIRT NAP, to play drums on their forthcoming album, Concentrate Living. Talley, who left his last permanent band, MISERY INDEX, in September, has played session drums for several bands in the past including SUFFOCATION and M.O.D.. He was also a finalist in SLAYER’s drummer auditions last year.

“This is one of the most unique and refreshing bands I’ve heard in the extreme music world,” Talley commented. “Nobody else mixes styles the way they do.”

DIRT NAP, which also features guitarist Eyal Levi and vocalist Michael Kameron, will enter the studio next month to begin recording Concentrate Living.
