Florida Death Metal veterans MALEVOLENT CREATION will enter undisclosed Florida recording studios in February 2004 with producer Jean-Francois Dagenais (KATAKLYSM guitarist) to begin recording their tenth full-length album entitled, Warkult. At least 10 songs will be recorded for Warkult along with a few covers of some obscure thrash metal bands including HOBBS ANGEL OF DEATH and LEVIATHAN. The June 2004 release date will coincide with the band’s European summer festival appearances.

Guitarist Phil Fasciana commented on their lack of recent US performances:
“Truth is we have not been offered any good tours in the US and we do not have a booking agent here. We did about 35 shows earlier this year in the states but missed out on the west coast and other cool cities to invade. Hopefully this will change with the release of the new album Warkult this summer through Nuclear Blast Records in the US and everywhere else. We promise to do what we can to make a proper US tour happen in 2004!!!”
