After overcoming the arduous journey back from back surgery, he teamed up with multi-instrumentalist Lee Harrison (MONSTROSITY) and vocalist Sam Molina (ex-MONSTROSITY) to revive TERRORIZER.
January 31, 2012 — World Downfall is by far one of the most devastating and influential grind albums in existence, so it’s a damn shame that Darker Days Ahead was an atrocious flop.
December 7, 2011 — U.S. grindcore legends TERRORIZER recently completed their new album entitled Hordes of Zombies, and has been scheduled for a February 24th (Feb. 28th in North America), 2012 release.
August 30, 2011 — Fan can now make monetary donations to aid the high medical expenses suffered by MORBID ANGEL/TERRORIZER drum legend Pete Sandoval. A paypal account has been set up in his name along with a personal message from Pete.
August 5, 2011 — Sometimes being the first band to do something doesn’t necessarily guarantee that first always means best - case in point, TERRORIZER’s 1989 debut, World Downfall. Sure, one can point to NAPALM DEATH’s Scum as the birth of grindcore but let’s be honest, the album isn’t very listenable.
July 12, 2011 — MORBID ANGEL announced today that they will be selling Pete “Commando” Sandoval t-shirts on upcoming tours in order to raise money for Sandoval’s medical bills relating to his back surgery and ongoing recovery.
June 15, 2011 — Grindcore legends TERRORIZER have announced that they will be releasing a new album via Season of Mist Records. The band’s line-up features MORBID ANGEL’s David Vincent on bass, who played on the landmark debut, World Downfall, as well as Pete Sandoval on drums.
