January 9, 2010 — WEEDEATER have announced a rash of Midwestern and Southeastern US dates for late January into early February. Most of these dates will bear the typical WEEDEATER trio and two of the dates will feature the band’s stripped-down, acoustic, two-piece bass and banjo persona, known as BARSTUL, supporting Nick Oliveri (MONDO GENERATOR, ex-QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE).
August 10, 2009 — Nick Oliveri, the musician best known for his former role as the bassist in QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE and KYUSS, is set to release his first solo album under his own name.
