January 28, 2009 — CARCASS have announced that they will be returning to the United States this March for the Exhumed to Consume II tour. The follow up to last year’s highly successful reunion tour, Exhume to Consume, will feature SUICIDE SILENCE, SAMAEL, ARSIS and PSYCROPTIC plus a few special guests on select dates.
January 24, 2009 — The third annual California Metalfest, presented by Nederlander Concerts and Headbang For The Highway, is confirmed for March 28th at The Grove of Anaheim. Confirmed talent thus far includes CARCASS, EXODUS, SUFFOCATION, THE FACELESS, WHITECHAPEL, SAMAEL, ARSIS, DECREPIT BIRTH, VEIL OF MAYA, PSYCROPTIC, and others to be announced in the coming weeks.
January 16, 2009 — New York’s death metal legends, SUFFOCATION, will enter the studio to begin recording their Nuclear Blast debut Blood Oath starting January 31st. The follow up to their 2006 self-titled record will once again be recorded with Joe Cincotta, whom they worked with on their previous two releases.
September 24, 2008 — SUFFOCATION have announced their signing to Nuclear Blast Records to a worldwide record deal. October 24, 2007 — Legendary death metal titans IMMOLATION kick off a massive a month-long North American tour this week with SUFFOCATION and SKINLESS, which marks their first stateside trek in three years.
May 10, 2007 — IMMOLATION unleashes the seventh chapter in their legendary career, Shadows in the Light. The new effort was recorded at Millbrook Sound Studios with producer Paul Orofino and is now available in stores.
November 15, 2006 — SUFFOCATION have been known as one of metal’s most devastating live acts, and when they returned after several years in hibernation the band had no problem delivering in the live dept.
October 23, 2006 — Due to problems in acquiring proper transportation for SUFFOCATION’s upcoming trek with FEAR FACTORY, HYPOCRISY, and DECAPITATED as part of The Machines at War Tour, the band has been forced to fly to California without their equipment and merchandise for the start of the tour.
October 15, 2006 — Los Angeles’ FEAR FACTORY will headline The Machines at War Tour this Fall with SUFFOCATION, HYPOCRISY, and DECAPITATED. The tour is set to kick off on October 26 in Orangevale, CA and conclude in early December in Las Vegas, NV.
