May 22, 2008 — TURBONEGRO guitarist, Euroboy, was recently diagnosed with Hodgkins Disease which has forced the band to cancel all touring plans for the immediate future. He has provided the following update regarding his health and treatment:

March 4, 2008 — TURBONEGO have announced the resignation of longtime drummer, Chris Summers. Here’s an official statement from the band: “It is with our deepest regrets to inform you that after his 6 month hiatus due to a damaged foot, personal priorities and a focus on other projects, we have been forced to ask drummer Chris Summers to resign from TURBONEGO.
January 5, 2008 — Norways’ FLEURETY have completed recording two new tracks, “The Animal of the City” and “Summon the Beasts”, to be released as a forthcoming 7" EP. It’s the band’s first new material to be properly recorded since 1998.
January 2, 2008 — It’s been a grossly successful 2007 for APESHIT, and though we find it hard pressed to make that same general claim for metal in 2007, a handful of albums did manage to leave a strong impression on us.
October 25, 2007 — It has been reported that founding guitarist Rune Rebellion has decided to leave TURBONEGRO. While he is stepping down from his post as rhythm guitarist, he will continue in his instrumental role in running the band’s label, Scandinavian Leather Recordings, as well as managing a lot of the touring business.
October 7, 2007 — Norway’s least classiest band, TURBONEGRO, are now three albums strong since their much ballyhooed reunion in 2003. Their latest, Retox, certainly isn’t a return to their filthy deathpunk past, but it’s timeless much like their feel-good-but-feel-naughty rock ’n roll they’ve perfected of late.
September 14, 2007 — Norway’s TURBONEGRO are back with yet another hard-on inducing album of feel good rock ’n roll. While Retox is hardly a departure from the band’s post-Apocalypse Dudes past, the album is certainly the grittiest of the new era and the most seamless since the band’s reformation four years ago.
July 25, 2007 — TURBONEGRO will be returning to North America for a fall tour in support of their new album Retox, which drops in North America on August 14th through Cooking Vinyl.

March 27, 2007 — A new track, “Do You Do You Dig Destruction,” from TURBONEGRO’s forthcoming new album has been posted on the band’s official MySpace page for listening. The band recently finished mixing the new album prior to their appearance at this year’s SXSW festivities.
