February 26, 2014 — Under appreciated death/grind extremists MISERY INDEX have announced The Killing Gods as the title of their forthcoming new full-length. The band’s fifth studio album will hit the stores on May 23rd (May 27th in North America).

June 13, 2010 — As one of the hardest working bands in the metal scene, Maryland’s MISERY INDEX grind out a new album with Heirs to Thievery. Vocalist Jason Netherton’s lyrics have stayed true with his political views and makes the listener actually expand their mind by using their brain to think.
May 7, 2010 — MISERY INDEX is streaming their brand new album Heirs to Thievery online now at heirstothievery.info. The album was recorded at Wright Way Studios just outside Baltimore, MD and will see a May 11th North American release date.
April 4, 2010 — MISERY INDEX will join label-mates DYING FETUS for a month-long US tour starting in early May. This tour will also include ARSIS, ANNOTATIONS OF AN AUTOPSY and CONDUCTING FROM THE GRAVE and will be making a stop at the California Metalfest on May 15th in Pomona, CA.
December 30, 2009 — Baltimore, Maryland’s MISERY INDEX will be entering the studio this Saturday to start recording their next album. Here’s an update direct from the band: “We will commence recording this Saturday…super excited, we start this weekend, when basically all day Saturday will be set aside for tweaking drums sounds, and then we start tracking drums on Sunday.

November 13, 2006 — Chicago forward-thinking metal act, YAKUZA, has extended touring plans into December with a string of dates playing alongside the like-minded INTRONAUT. Already teaming up with INTRONAUT for a string of dates with MISERY INDEX and labelmates BURN IN SILENCE, YAKUZA will soldier on for another handful of dates, also meeting up with STRETCH ARM STRONG and VIVISECT along the way.
October 15, 2006 — Chicag’’s prog-minded metal band, YAKUZA, have secured several more live appearances before the end of the year, including an October appearance supporting fellow Chicagoans PELICAN in Cleveland Heights, OH and a string of dates in November and December alongside MISERY INDEX, INTRONAUT and labelmates BURN IN SILENCE.
September 30, 2006 — Los Angeles murdercore band CREMATORIUM will embark on a two-week touring schedule supporting MISERY INDEX. The two bands will be joined up by BLESSING THE HOGS and FUCK THE FACTS along the way.
